Crawford Electric Supply is an electrical distribution company that seeks qualified individuals for a warehouse/customer service position. The role focuses on ensuring customers are served, maintaining store appearance, and handling returns and cash transactions.ResponsibilitiesEnsure all customers are taken care of in a timely manner.Ensure area is clean and neat.Clear out all tickets older than 5 days old.Maintain appearance, stock, and pricing on bargain rack.Remove items from bargain rack after 30 days.Responsible for customer traffic in warehouse.Ensure all customer service requirements are met, such as Quick Service, Professional Image and Respectful Communication.Make sure all returns are handled according to company policy.Ensure all cash transactions are handled correctly.QualificationsSome warehouse experience preferred.Must be willing to interact with customers.Ability to lift 25 lbs.Must be willing to be certified on warehouse equipment.Long and varied hours required occasionally.Ability to work mandatory physical inventory.Ability to work in extreme hot or cold environment.Ability to work in dusty conditions.Note: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
