Database administration alone is not the target experience.\nStrong software quality practices, including automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, observability, and secure development practices.\nAbility to communicate design tradeoffs, implementation plans, and project status clearly to technical and cross-functional stakeholders.\nCreative and analytical approach to solving complex engineering problems.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building and operating cloud-native distributed systems in Azure, AWS, or GCP.\nExperience with cloud storage services, infrastructure services, distributed systems, databases, data protection, or data management platforms.\nExperience with Python for automation, tooling, validation frameworks, CI/CD integration, or operational automation.\nFamiliarity with React, TypeScript, event driven / message brokering architecture (rabbitmq, Kafka, etc).\nExperience applying AI tools responsibly in software development workflows, such as code assistance, test generation, documentation, or productivity improvement.\nEducation\nBachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.\nCompensation:\nThe target salary range for this position is $180,000 - $210,000 . The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
