This includes both new developments and customizations of existing packaging.\n\nIn this position you'll support the new range of droppers + airless regular and more items directly linked with Lerma.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPlan, monitor, and control project stages, ensuring on-time delivery while balancing client needs and internal goals.\n\nMaintain accurate records and product details in our systems according to internal procedures.\n\nCommunicate with suppliers to request quotes, evaluate options, and support the creation and execution of new projects.\n\nWork closely with the sales team to provide back-office project support, ensuring seamless communication and execution from client brief to delivery.\n\nPrepare technical documentation to define product specifications and ensure client validation and compliance.\n\nCoordinate directly with clients, often alongside the sales team, to clarify technical requirements.\n\nProactively explore opportunities within client portfolios in close collaboration with commercial teams.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field.\n\nProven experience in project management, ideally within the packaging or beauty industry.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.\n\nClient-focused, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nFluent in English; Spanish or other additional languages are a plus.\n\nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, colour, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin or disability.
