Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Problem Solver to join our team in a full-time, on-site position in Boise, ID. This role involves assessing cleaning challenges in homes and offices, applying our patented cleaning technology, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include maintaining equipment, adhering to safety guidelines, addressing customer inquiries with professionalism, and ensuring the quality of services delivered. As a Problem Solver, you will play a critical role in providing top-tier cleaning solutions that align with Zerorez standards.
