Responsible for communicating with Resource Planning, Inventory Management, Quality, and Operations Management to resolve any production issues. Accountable for assigned areas to ensure we meet or exceed all customer SLA’s as well as Operating plan performance metrics.\n\nThis position is available at our Plainfield Airwest facility located at 2301 Reeves Rd Plainfield, IN, 46168\n\nWhat Are You Going To Do?\n\nAccountable for daily workstation assignments of regular and temporary labor\nAchieve performance standards with regards to safety, productivity and quality\nLead a team of up to 25 fulltime/temporary Outbound associates\nTrain, review, and coach associates on department work instructions, processes, procedures, and policies\nKnown in the department/group as the “knowledge base” of information\nResponsible for maintaining all defined 5S standards\nCommunicates daily with Resource Planning and Operations staff\nMaintains a professional and positive attitude in dealings with co-workers, supervisors, and their departmental personnel at all times\nActively participate in special department projects\n\n#LI-KS1\n\nCEVA operates in a multicultural, global environment and is a richly diverse organization operating seamlessly as one company.
