Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.\n\nJob Description\n\nAt least 6 years of experience working on Core Java , UI, Spring, hibernate.\nAt least 6 years of experience working with CSS, HTML, Javascript and web technologies\nExperience with development and re-engineering of existing application to incorporate unit\ntests\nExperience with Browser Compatibility migration projects\nAbility to work and coordinate with offshore team members\nStrong communication skills (verbal and written).\nAggressive and ability to work on high pressure environment (target oriented approach).\nAbility to support multiple applications when escalated for development team investigation.\nIn depth knowledge on various open source libraries needed for a standard integration\nproject.\nExperience with test driven development\nAbility to break up complex design into phased approaches\nStrong leadership skill and good team player\nConduct peer code review and design review\nAt least 6 years of experience in software development life cycle.\nAt least 6 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and\nmaintenance projects.\nAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment\nExperience to financial markets (Wealth management/investment banking/capital markets\ndomain)\nGood Analytical and communication skills\nExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment\nThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should\nbe able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
