Each week, more than 6 million students are enrolled in TAL's online and offline education platform.\nWhom we are looking for:\nThink Academy specializes in providing online math education for students in North America. Our curriculum aligns with U.S. Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and supports students across upper elementary, middle school, and high school levels. Through personalized, one-on-one instruction, we help students strengthen foundational skills, improve academic performance, and build confidence in problem-solving. We are currently seeking Remote Math Tutors to support project testing and ongoing curriculum development.\nWhat You Will Do:\nDeliver one-on-one online math lessons for students in Grades 5-8 across North America, aligned with the CCSS framework\nTeach in English using interactive and student-centered methods to promote engagement, strengthen core concept understanding, and address questions in real time\nPrepare lesson content based on individual student needs, ensuring well-structured and high-quality instruction\nProvide timely feedback and targeted guidance to support student understanding and continuous improvement\nHow You Can Be Qualified:\nBachelor's degree or above; majors in Math, Education, or related fields are preferred\nTeaching experience or a valid teaching certificate is highly preferred\nAvailable and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends (US time zones)\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nBilingual in Mandarin Chinese is preferred\nPay:\nPay starts from $20–25/hr, with opportunities for promotion and salary increases twice a year.\nThink Academy is an equal opportunity employer.
