EDI Developer(Complete Remote)","description":"Job Description\n\nSr. EDI Developer/Systems Analyst\r\nPrincipal Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the daily Global EDI operations, which include production support, administration, Control, scheduling, and balancing of EDI documents.\r\nIdentify and implement process improvements within the EDI structure, including system interfaces, policy, and procedure changes.\r\nPerform detailed analysis of project requirements and assist in the development of functional specifications.\r\nWork with the VAN, AS2, (S)FTP, HTTP(S) partners to implement the necessary enhancements and monitor document transmissions.\r\nAbility to apply and update AS2 and SSL certificates.\r\nPerforms detailed design and mapping specification creation for translation between SAP, External Applications and EDI formats.\r\nLeads customer-based projects digitizing current processes and fully utilizing EDI capabilities, such as autoload implementation which supports automatic order generation resulting in reduction of manual EDI orders.\r\nServes as a primary liaison with key users in specific functional areas of the business.\r\nWorks closely with SAP business analysts to resolve daily issues and design/create new business processes.\r\nProvides project and technical guidance to other members of IS or consultants assigned to work on a specific project or functional area.\r\nCompletes projects and tasks as assigned by the IS Manager.\r\nDevelops systems documentation and training programs in accordance with current IS Standards for new applications and updates older system documentation as system updates are performed.\r\nProvides training to new and existing system users.\r\nBuild, tests and maintains all system interfaces including SAP, BI, and Ecommerce Systems.\r\nIdentifies, develops, and maintains the procedures that aid in system recovery in case of disaster.\r\nWorks with IS Operations to ensure that systems are transferred to a production status once the new system has been implemented or an older system has been upgraded.\r\nJob Specifications:Bachelors degree in computer science or computer Programming preferred.\r\nMinimum of 7-10 years of experience in EDI Systems & Interfaces.\r\nMust have experience in Seeburger implementation, configuration, setup, and BIC Mapping Designer prem/cloud.\r\nSAP experience required to support and setup EDI partners and tables.\r\nKnowledge of S/4 Hanna and EDI interfaces highly desirable.\r\nGood problem-solving skills with a focus on resolution of the issue.\r\nGood verbal and written communications skills.\r\nSound understanding of standard business practices.\r\nDemonstrated ability to work in a team & matrix environment.\r\nKnowledge of process and data modeling and data architectural development methodology.\r\nAbility to deal effectively with deadlines and time pressures.\r\nAbility to build and maintains strong working relationships with
