In this role, you’ll operate palletizers, forklifts, and yard tractors to support daily shipping, receiving, and production needs. A full list of duties and responsibilities for this position is available upon request.What We're Looking ForSafely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including single and doublewide pallet‑handling forklifts and yard tractorsLoad and unload semi‑trailersMonitor the quality of incoming and outgoing products and materials; report inconsistencies to managementUse bar‑code scanning equipment accurately and efficientlyComplete all required documentation with accuracy and timelinessPerform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as neededMaintain clean, organized work areas and follow all housekeeping proceduresAssist with production tasks when requiredWhat You'll BringClass A CDL requiredExperience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow safety and sanitation standards at all timesReliable, self‑motivated, and able to work in a team‑oriented environmentFollow all safety, GMP, sanitation, and food‑safety policiesWork independently and support team goals as assigned by leadershipLift up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionallyFrequent stair climbing, bending, twisting, and reaching above shoulder heightAbility to stand, walk, or sit for extended periodsAvailability to work overtime as needed (up to 64 hours/week)Ability to work with minimal supervisionApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
