This is not a \"post and wait\" recruiting role; this is an opportunity to own the process, solve market gaps, and directly impact business growth.\nIf you're someone who loves the challenge of finding the right candidate, testing creative sourcing channels, and creating a competitive edge through recruiting, this role is for you.\nWhat You'll Own\nYou'll manage the full recruiting lifecycle while driving smarter coverage across priority markets:\nFull-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and onboard field reps, primarily 1099 contractmerchandisers\nCoverage strategy: identify gaps, prioritize markets, and solve for hard-to-fill territories\nCreative sourcing: go beyond traditional job boards; tap into referrals, local networks, niche platforms, and new channels\nCandidate experience: timely, clear, and consistent communication that converts candidates to contract hires\nData & optimization: track funnel performance, improve conversion, and refine strategy\nThe candidate chosen for this role will build a scalable recruiting engine that improves coverage, quality, and retention.\nHow You'll Make an Impact\nIncrease coverage in high-priority and historically hard-to-staff markets\nAccelerate the path from candidate interest to active field rep\nLaunch and scale new sourcing channels that drive higher-quality candidates\nStrengthen referral pipelines and field engagement\nImprove early rep success, activity, and retention\nWhat You Bring\nExperience recruiting for field, retail, or gig workforces\nA proactive, scrappy approach to sourcing and pipeline creation\nStrong judgment, communication, and follow-through\nAbility to manage multiple markets and shifting priorities\nWhy This Role is Different\nThis role sits at the center of Franklin's growth.
