Known for quality craftsmanship and professional service, Abbey operates one of the region's largest facilities and is now focused on strengthening internal leadership, communication, and field execution as part of a new chapter of growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate all active installations across multiple crews and subcontractor teamsReview project contracts, scope, materials, staffing, and schedule before work beginsEnsure every project is installation-ready by partnering with the Procurement and Warehouse teamsVisit job sites daily to verify workmanship, quality standards, and contract complianceAct as the primary field problem-solver for material issues, plan conflicts, change orders, and customer concernsCommunicate effectively with installers, customers, inspectors, and office leadershipConduct quality control checks during and after installation and report findingsMentor installers to uphold Abbey's standards for professionalism and craftsmanshipTrack project progress and provide consistent daily updates to managementLead final walk-throughs and secure customer satisfaction at project completionQualifications2 to 5 years of construction project management, field supervision, or crew leadership experienceValid driver's license (daily travel between job sites required)Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiencesHighly organized, proactive, and solutions-orientedAbility to read construction plans and translate the scope into field executionExperience with JobTread, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Bluebeam, Houzz, or similar tools preferredBackground in fencing, decking, or residential construction preferredSpanish language proficiency is a strong plusAuthorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)Compensation & BenefitsFull-time, W-2 EmploymentBase salary range: $50,000 to $70,000 (based on experience)Company vehicle and gas card providedMedical insurancePerformance-based bonus potential (biannual)Eligibility for benefits after 90-day introductory periodWhy Abbey Fence & DeckAbbey is not looking for someone to "watch crews."
