Construction Project Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of construction processes. Salary plus bonuses for projects finished on time and on budget.
Duties
- Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Develop project schedules, manage timelines, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to review schematics and project plans.
- Utilize project management software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid for documentation and estimating.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address issues, and maintain safety standards on construction sites.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, including updates on budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication between all stakeholders involved in the project to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
Experience
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in project scheduling techniques and tools.
- Experience with construction estimating processes is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations is a must.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex plans and schematics.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
