Job Description Production Manufacturing and Machine OperationsPrideStaff is recruiting associates that possess experience in areas of production and manufacturing. Successful work history and ability to commit to the shift and be reliable is most important. Experience in areas of machine operating, construction, specialized skills involving wood, craftsmanship, molding, lumber and milling are most desirable.Job duties and requirements involve, but are not limited to:Running and working with machines such as mills and lathesUse of standard tools and saws, measuring tapeAdhere to Safety guidelines, instructions, and directions per supervisorWear appropriate PPE as directedLoading materials onto machinesQA/QC of finished product/materialsRequired skills and abilities:Detailed understanding of measurement, inches (standard) and metricAbility to stand and move with ease for the duration of the shiftAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly, safelyProven success is in related workGood attention to detailAbility to follow direction and work with others in a team environmentReliable, accountable for actions and productionMust be able to work well in a fast paced environmentCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $21.50Apply NowCompany DescriptionPrideStaff Financial is a national staffing organization, delivering innovative solutions to the challenges employers face every day.
