OpsRamp Implementation Engineer

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced OpsRamp Implementation Engineer/Lead with strong expertise in enterprise monitoring, event management, and ITOM integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with OpsRamp platform design, implementation, and integration with third-party tools, along with a solid understanding of infrastructure monitoring and automation.Key Responsibilities:Lead design, implementation, and integration of OpsRamp solutions across enterprise environmentsGather and refine business requirements, define use cases, and create implementation strategies and acceptance criteriaCollaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to define monitoring scope and event management architectureDesign and implement monitoring solutions, including infrastructure discovery, alerting, and automationDevelop and maintain integration workflows using the OpsRamp platformManage system upgrades, scaling, and automation of routine monitoring tasksDefine and enforce best practices, standards, and procedures for OpsRamp implementationsTroubleshoot and resolve deployment, integration, and monitoring issuesCoordinate with vendors for patching, fixes, and upgradesProvide on-call/standby support when requiredMandatory Skills:10+ years of experience in:Enterprise MonitoringEvent ManagementInfrastructure DiscoveryAutomation & Configuration ManagementITOM Solutions5+ years of hands-on experience in OpsRamp (design, implementation, integration)Strong experience in:Monitoring database systemsInfrastructure onboarding & discovery using OpsRampEvent management toolsExpertise in:Dynamic Applications, Business Services, Dashboards, Reports (OpsRamp)Agent installation, silo configuration, and monitoring management
