Right Price.Position: Project Cost Controls Pay Rate: $34-$36/Hr. on W2Location: Houston TX (Hybrid)Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Approval for Expenditure (AFE) setup, tracking, and updatesAssist with invoice review, validation, and reconciliation against commitmentsPerform project cost reconciliation and identify variances/discrepanciesHelp create final project cost invoices for reviewPrepare project-level and customer financial reports (monthly & ad-hoc)Maintain accurate cost tracking logs, spreadsheets, and documentationProvide analytical support to senior cost analysts and project controls teamSupport document control for project, financial, and governance documents (version control, approvals, storage)Maintain document registers, metadata, and review cyclesAssist document owners and SMEs with updates, reviews, and publicationSupport audit and compliance by organizing and retrieving documentationRequired QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)0–3 years of relevant experience (internships, co-op, or freshers welcome)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, and report preparation)High attention to detail and accuracy with financial data and documentationWhy Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
