Hotel Front Desk Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring smooth daily hotel operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly Manage reservations and room assignments Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints with professionalism Process payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate with housekeeping and management to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications: Must have previous hotel experience Basic computer skills; hotel management software experience a plus Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $12.00 per hour Application Question(s): How many years of hotel experience do you have?
