Our leadership and diverse team members all embrace this truth: when we join forces, we are unstoppable when it comes to making tomorrow better than today for people.\n\nR3 Continuum provides eligible full-time employees with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, paid time off, paid parental leave, bonus program, and more.\nJoin a company dedicated to helping people and organizations thrive.\nThis position is remote in Minnesota and will need to be within a commutable distance to Minneapolis.\n\nData Analyst I Essential Functions\nProcess report or data requests from various departments using probing questions to get to root need and fully understand how the data will be used to make business decisions\nComplete the report documentation and update the document library as the tasks and projects are completed\nInterpret data requests to create reports and determine appropriate method of data analysis required\nDesign and build reports from existing databases in easy to read format for daily, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly use that include helpful report definitions or excel formulas for user analysis as needed\nWork closely with users and management to establish requirements for new reports or modifications and ensure proper testing and validation of completed reports\nInterpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques as needed to meet data report request\nAdvise requestor on how to interpret the data, what data is included/excluded, and how to translate numbers or data into understandable terms.\nCollaborate with other teams to identify reporting needs and recommend innovative ideas such as automation, report improvement, efficiency improvement etc.\nResponsible for timely implementation of data requests and provide a high level of service to all internal users and external customers\nRepair and update existing reports as needed due to reported bugs or developmental changes\nResolve complaints with reports and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements\nAttend huddle(s) of the support area on a monthly basis to assess needs and opportunities for improvement\nPlay a key role for testing the Analytics Database to ensure results are accurate and writing user stories\nAudit critical reports as needed (monthly, quarterly)\nSchedule and provide on-going PBI training to the PBI users\nReview the report usage metrics to track the user engagement and follow up with the stakeholders to determine the next steps to improve the functionality of the reports.\nAttend planning sessions with the Project Manager to determine the timelines and task names\nResponsible for updating the Planner or the other project management tool as the tasks are completed\n\nSecondary Functions\nParticipate in department and company meetings, as requested\nPerform other duties as assigned\n§Overtime/Additional Hours – There are times in which overtime/additional hours will be mandatory due to an increase in work and the need to meet turnaround time frames\nRequirements:\n\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nAbility to build SSRS reports\nAbility to write SQL queries.\nAbility to use Power BI including DAX and M language.\nProficiency with SharePoint, Excel, and Power Platform (or other automation tools)\nStrong understand of RDBMS and data modeling.\nStrong data consistency and results logic check.\nDeductive and inductive reasoning\nProblem sensitivity, ability to recognize the existence of problems\nAbility to ask probing questions and willingness to experiment in order to learn\nAbility to resolve data issues, and make recommendations as needed\nProven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information\nAbility to manage and prioritize workload\nAbility to give consistent and concise direction/communication\nExcellent skills in English usage, grammar, punctuation and style\nAbility to operate successfully with strategic and tactical level issues and to effectively manage multiple and diverse issues; good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions based on data and business acumen\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software\n\nPhysical Work Requirements\nWork is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.\nThe starting pay range for this position is $24.83 - 28.65 per hour. The position’s pay range represents the national average pay for similar roles.
