The Senior Investment Advisor will work with soon-to-be-retiring beloved advisor to take over and ultimately grow the client relationships.This role collaborates with clients to design and implement tailored financial plans and recommend investment strategies. They will work closely with clients to ensure their financial objectives are met, provide exceptional customer service, and deliver ongoing guidance.The role also involves engaging with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience and support organizational growth initiatives.QualificationsStrong expertise in Financial Planning, Investments, and developing effective Investment StrategiesIn-depth knowledge and experience in Finance and wealth managementExceptional Customer Service abilities and a client-first mindsetProven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; CFA or CFP certification preferred5+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory rolesExcellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skillsProficiency in financial planning tools and investment technology platforms
