{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"5865166b1656c8dac5ab9a85","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/5865166b1656c8dac5ab9a85","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/5865166b1656c8dac5ab9a85","title":"Inside Sales Representative","description":"Job Description\nInside Sales Representative\nSummary: Part quoting and order processing for customers and technicians\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:\nReceive parts orders via phone, email, fax, mail and through customer portals.\nVerify customer information and update the accounting system as required.\nEnter parts orders into accounting system and distribute copies of the sales order to appropriate\ndepartments.\nConfirm purchase orders back to customer noting any revisions in pricing or delivery that need to be\nmade.\nCoordinate manufactured parts with the Electro-Mechanical Engineer.\nCoordinate customer requested shipping type with the shipping department.\nMonitor Next Day or Emergency parts to ensure deliveries are on schedule and shipped appropriately.\nEnter shipping charges onto order and forward to A/R department for invoicing.\nQuote parts prices to customers and Service Technicians.\nObtain price and delivery information from suppliers on non-stock parts.\nEnter new part information into accounting system.\nCommunicate Service or Retrofit requests on to the Service Manager\nAdditional Duties and Responsibilities:\nHave a working knowledge of shipping policies and procedures.\nHave a working knowledge of service order entry.\nHave a working knowledge of invoicing process.\nQualification Requirements\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the duties satisfactorily. The\nrequirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable\naccommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nGood knowledge of electrical and mechanical industrial components and controls.\nThe ability to follow mechanical assembly and detail drawings.\nThe ability to follow electrical prints.\nComputer experience not limited to Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD\nGood verbal and written communication skills\nMust be organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task efficiently.\nEducation and / or Experience:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED).
