As our team continues to expand our knowledge of the market and the telecommunications industry, we are looking for a AT&T Team Member to assist us in our in-person sales initiatives. As an AT&T Team Member , you will gain invaluable hands-on experience and develop your professional skills in direct sales, engagement, and customer service. AT&T Team Member s will conduct in-person sales presentations with the local consumer base and provide sales solutions based on individual customer needs. This role is ideal for someone looking to work with people, build advanced sales skills, and learn the ins and outs of the telecommunications industry. AT&T Team Member Responsibilities: Engage with customers through in-person sales to provide clear, helpful, and friendly support while introducing AT&T’s products and services. Continuously learn about the telecommunications industry, answer customer inquiries, and assist with identifying the best solutions for their needs. Utilize generated leads and work within your assigned territory to boost sales and drive customer satisfaction. Participate in group training sessions and hands-on coaching to develop your sales, marketing, and customer service skills. Help resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish, and contribute to process improvements. Consistently achieve and exceed daily performance goals while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. AT&T Team Member Qualifications: Strong, professional communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently. Previous sales, leadership, or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities, especially while engaging in active customer interactions. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset. Motivation to learn, grow, and advance within both the role and the broader sales environment.
