You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring full alignment with the client’s expectations, and leading team members to consistently uphold Levy’s hospitality standards.Detailed ResponsibilitiesMaintaining positive guest relationships including obtaining regular feedback through table visits and executing show quality standardsTrains and conveys brand clarity through the menu, wine, and beverage knowledgePromotes a positive work environment through hiring/selection of team members, maximizing productivity and morale through team member engagement, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels per business needsMaintains state, federal and business compliance, including but not limited to responsible alcohol service guidelines, safety and sanitation standards, and client requirementsEngages in the financial goals of the operation with support from the Assistant Director of OperationsEmploys good safety and sanitation practicesFollows and enforces responsible alcohol service policiesExecutes required daily reporting in a timely mannerExecutes inventory controlsEnsures team members adhere to Levy guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbookExecutes all menu requirements and fulfills all guest-specific service requestsEnsures all function setups and breakdowns are executed correctly, efficiently, and expeditiouslyHolds team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest serviceEnsures team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobsUses all performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team membersPromotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and moraleConducts regularly scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team membersInterviews, hires, trains, and develops team members according to Levy guidelinesDisplays a positive attitude towards team membersWorking in partnership with human resources to develop & maintain team member cultureWorking in partnership with culinary, purchasing, & analytics department to drive innovative strategic experiencPartnering with purchasing and warehouse team to manage product transfers and requisition sheets to accurately track products during eventsOther duties, as assignedSkills and Experience:3+ years of experience in a food and beverage Premium operational positionBachelor’s degree in hospitality management is preferredHigh level of computer literacyPassion for high-end hospitality, food, and retailExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsAble to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event scheduleCurious about Life at Levy?
