This is related to varied business metrics and for designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting data interfaces and reporting solutions, while enhancing existing data extracts and reports to ensure that solutions continue to meet business needs.Must understand the underlying data sources (databases) and interpret requirements provided by the business to analyze operational issues and develop appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data via reports and dashboards.Gathering and documenting requirements for new as well as changes to existing data extracts and reports, developing complex queries against big tables storing CLOBS/XML, necessary supporting data structures, and report layouts, and writing effective SQL queries that perform well even against large tables.Analyze existing queries and report and query data to fix issues and extract data and develop and analyze operational performance metrics and reports to ensure the quality and integrity of extracts though the use of validation and audit strategies.Required Skills5 Years - Technical knowledge in the following specialized areas of web application system analysis and programming: Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, and XSL.5 Years - Experience configuring, designing, developing and testing dashboards using Power BI7 Years - Experience in using Oracle, Oracle Utilities, ETL tools7 Years - Experience with Relational Database modeling.7 Years - Experience with structured system development methodologies7 Years - Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency; independently identify options.7 Years - Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures.Desired Skills5 Years - Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects or BIRT3 Years - Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development5 Years - Ability to lead and mentor the team and take ownershipThis position is available as a corp-to-corp or W2 position with a competitive benefits package .
