Job Description: Position Title: Digital/CRM Project Manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)Location: Lake Forest, IL 60045Shift Timings: Mon - Fri, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM CST This is a Hybrid role (3 days onsite & 2 days remote | Onsite (Tue-Thu) Remote (Mon & Fri))This role is falls under Patient services marketing teamMust have exp. with project managements (Strong project management exp. is required)Must have exp. with marketing campaigns (Email, SMS)Able to work with other marketers and other stakeholdersAble to handshake with market automation teamSalesforce marketing cloud exp. would be a hard plus if they doesn't have a Salesforce Marketing cloud exp. they need to have similar Marketo, IBM marketing platform exp. would be requiredMust have strong communication skillsNeeds to understand the project life cycleNot going to build Salesforce marketing cloudAble to maintain client relationshipMust have exp. with MS ExcelSmartsheet exp. would be a plusPMP certification would be preferred but not a deal breakerPrior regulated industry exp. would be preferred but also open for other industry knowledge would considerableTop Skills:Understanding of Marketing platformCore data sync.Able to execute Marketing campaigns / Email campaignsProject plans for campaignsStrong PM exp.Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)What are the top 3-5 skills, experience or education required for this position:Strong Project ManagementSalesforce Marketing Cloud program managementLead and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentKnowledge of database, email, digital, 1:1 marketing concepts and best practicesAbility to capture business requirements and translate to technical team members for functional requirementsThe Project Manager (SFMC) is part of the client Digital Lab and will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of our 1:1 marketing programs.Responsibilities include:Responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of medium-high complex brand CRM engagements including developing project plans, creating status reports, conducting weekly status meetings, following up / communicating with all stakeholders to ensure on-time, flawless execution of brand CRM programs.Leads multiple medium-high complexity digital projects simultaneously across several internal cross functional teams and external agency teamsManages timelines and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements for projects with a low to mid-range complexity, size and/or scope.Creates detailed project work plans and assigns tasks to team members.Facilitates, tracks and monitors projects, activities, milestones, timelines and deliverablesProvides regular project updates and status reports to project team.Works closely with cross functional teams and/or agencies to ensure a high level of qualityEnsures project documents are complete, current, and archived appropriately.Ability to work closely with various stakeholders to ensure delivery of a team-driven end product that leads to a top-notch user experience.Works with agencies and internal teams to ensure data is loaded into marketing applications on time and correctlyEffectively work with multiple departments and agencies throughout project development and implementation to keep projects on time and capture all requirements and ensure they are met.Proactively manage workload and continuously look for ways to improve brand campaigns to meet brands' objectives and goals by reviewing campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and communicating them to the marketing team.Document change requests, notify the team, and understand timeline implications. Seek standardization, automation, and process improvement wherever possible to deliver on vision for the team of faster, better, cheaper year over year.Identify any issues or concerns, the team has with cross functional and agency partners. Identify issues, identify root cause, and recommend corrective action where necessaryDevelop and maintain project documents, timelines, proofing checklists and status reports.
