The Command Language Program (CLP) Support is responsible for providing customer service, administrative support, and resource/facilities functions 100% of the time. *This position is pending award.\nRequirements:\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProvide customer service, staff support, and resource/facilities functions.\nControl and maintain an extensive inventory of materials, publications, equipment, and other assigned facility resources.\nAssist customers (in person, via email or phone) in the selection and checkout of materials (per local Government policy) and orientation to the use of language facility resources.\nSupport staff and instructors with such administrative functions as copying, typing, duplication of classroom materials such as A/V and multi-media, training aids, classroom setup and tear down, coordination with the Contractor Office Representative for supplies, and other similar tasks.\nSchedule facility resources and learning activities/events, as well as monitoring the use of facility resources.\nGenerate word-processed or data-based reports on attendance, inventories, scheduling, etc.\nSECURITY CLEARANCE: All personnel hired are required to possess and maintain a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) investigation as a condition of employment.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum 1 year of CLP support.\nFamiliarity with foreign languages and/or training.\nPossess military experience, preferred military linguist and knowledge of Command Language Programs (CLP), that have additional expertise in manipulating excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Schedule, web-based systems, PowerPoint, and other software programs.\nPossess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to work effectively with government and contract staff.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nExperience supporting a language training contract.\n3 years of CLP support experience.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT: 8-hour shifts.\nPAY RANGE:\nPay Range: Pay rate commensurate to SCA rate per work location.\nAscensus Global Inc.
