drive positive team morale and foster a team based environment amongst consulting team\nManages all operational aspects of a project and scope.\nReviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.\nEffectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.\nPrepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.\nMinimizes project risk and applies risk assessment and mitigation strategies\nOwns project accounting , budget management, contract management and reporting\nBusiness Development\nIdentifies business development and \"add-on\" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.\nAssists in proposal efforts including project scoping and LOE assessments.\nWorks as a key team member with sales and architects to drive future business.\nContinually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.\nQualification/Requirements:\nBachelors degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, etc.);
