This is a place for those ready to step into real leadership and have the platform, tools, and team to make their impact felt.\nTHE ROLE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize data into insights and hypotheses - not just reported numbers\nComfort managing multiple projects of varying scope and complexity simultaneously\nConfidence communicating with users, customers, and colleagues 2-3 levels up/down, across disciplines and all levels of management\nAbility to simplify complex data insights for non-technical stakeholders\nExperience managing engagement execution - deliverable timelines, economics, scope, quality, and customer satisfaction\nProven ability to manage, mentor, and develop teams of data professionals\nAbility to adapt on the fly, comfort with ambiguity, and a hands-on, can-do mindset\nTravel: typical range 5-10%\nWHAT YOUR RESUME SHOWS Undergraduate B.S. degree\n5-8+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data, consulting, or similar fields\nProficiency in cloud-based data platforms such as Azure DataLake, AWS, and Snowflake\nAdvanced expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik\nStrong SQL skills; experience with Python, R, and other scripting languages for data manipulation, automation, and querying\nExperience with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or Talend, and data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift)\nUnderstanding of data governance, security, and best practices; familiarity with M365 applications and their integration with data platforms\nStrong consulting background — identifying client business needs, delivering data-driven solutions, and leading workshops, trainings, and knowledge transfer\nExperience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello\nAbility to develop business cases and KPIs, and translate data findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations\nPreferred: familiarity with machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and DevOps practices in analytics or ML deployment\nTHE PACKAGE The salary range for this position is: $108,675 - $190,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
