You will act as a senior technical escalation point, guiding Support Engineers and coordinating with product and R&D teams. The role involves hands-on lab work, field deployments, and on-call support to resolve complex customer issues. You will collaborate across engineering, sales, and customer teams to deliver effective, technically sound solutions.
