Support Executive

Akkodis is seeking a Support Executive for a Contract with a client in Mount Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate is responsible for providing advanced production support, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing permanent fixes to ensure high availability, performance, and SLA compliance for business-critical applications.Rate Range: $41/hour to $54/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Support Executive Job Responsibilities IncludeProvide L3 production support for business-critical applications built on Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for complex incidents and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.Debug application issues across APIs, microservices, backend logic, frontend components, and databases.Support production deployments, releases, hotfixes, and post-release validation activities in coordination with DevOps teams.Guide L2 supports teams in issue triage, resolution strategies, and technical troubleshooting.Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and proactively identify application stability, performance, and security improvements.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.6–8 years of relevant experience in application support and/or development with enterprise applications.Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular for supporting and troubleshooting production applications.Proven experience performing L3 support activities, including deep root-cause analysis, permanent fix implementation, and collaboration with DevOps and development teams in a 24x7 support environment.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
