Must have knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing, and building and floor maintenance including janitorial and/or ability to learn in a six month time period.\nResponsibilities\nPerform building maintenance in resident apartments, as well as in common areas within and around the facility\nRespond to work orders promptly. Work orders may originate from a resident directly, fellow staff member, or management.\nOutside grounds maintenance, which may include sweeping of parking lots and litter clean up.\nMove furniture within the facility with the assistance of proper lifting/moving equipment as necessary.\nSetup and breakdown for hosted special events.\nAct as liaison between Maintenance Supervisor and subcontractors.
