IT Project Manager
Pay rate is $75 to $82 per hourWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives with a focus on system implementations, integrations, and ETL/data migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing cross-functional teams, coordinating technical and business stakeholders, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.Manage ETL and data migration initiatives, ensuring data quality, validation, and successful movement of data across enterprise systems.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and status reporting for multiple concurrent projects.Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, developers, data engineers, vendors, and third-party consultants.Facilitate requirements gathering, project planning, testing, training, and deployment activities.Monitor project scope, dependencies, risks, and issues, driving resolution and escalation as needed.Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.Support change management, user adoption, and post-implementation stabilization efforts.Required QualificationsExperience managing implementation, upgrade, migration, or integration projects.Strong understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, data migration, data validation, and data governance principles.Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology projects involving multiple business units and enterprise systems.Proven ability to manage vendors, systems integrators, and external consulting partners.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.Excellent communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused discussions and recommendations.
