Manage Focus Store program to ensure store compliance, and follow up on sub-standard performers\nProvide clear and consistent training to all store personnel on Asset Protection Initiatives. safety communication guidelines and current crisis management protocols\nCommit to the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, and customer service\nComplete AP and Physical Security audits on a routine basis.\nComplete special projects as assigned by Regional Manager of Asset Protection.\nOptimize inventory accuracy through effective execution and management of physical inventories, store transfer monitoring and OMNI compliance.\nFacilitate supply chain investigations to positively impact inbound carton loss and forced carton compliance.\nProactively monitor systems and conduct surveillance to identify and investigate associate dishonesty.\nConduct internal investigations for inventory, cash loss, and violations of policy.\nPrepare case reports covering investigation and case details\nManage initial investigative processes for all internal investigations within assigned alignment and the District when applicable\nServe as a liaison between store/APA investigations and certified market interviewers\nSupport investigations related to internal loss throughout the assigned region while partnering with GHO Analysts\nConduct surveillance using CCTV and floor techniques to apprehend and deter theft in accordance with company apprehension policies\nInitiate and resolve investigations related to Organized Retail Crime while partnering with law enforcement and other retail organizations\nRepresent company in court proceedings related to investigations\nMaintain an effective relationship with store leaders, peer retailers, mall security and local law enforcement partners\nProvide clear and consistent training to all store personnel on safety communication guidelines, acts of violence, and current crisis management protocols\nUtilize analytics software to develop specific store loss prevention strategies\nParticipate in corporate operational test programs to gauge viability of program evolution. Provide relevant observational data to the Global Home Office to inform policy decisions\nResponsible for ensuring accurate execution of Store Programs.
