You’ll support the full technical lifecycle — from technical discovery, capability demonstrations, and proofs of value through deployment, integration, configuration, and ongoing operation of the platform in customer environments.\nThe role has a strong emphasis on on-premises infrastructure and requires the ability to operate independently within classified customer environments. You’ll work closely with customer technical stakeholders as well as Chainalysis product and engineering teams, translating customer needs and operational feedback into technical solutions and product direction. The ideal candidate is an experienced systems or solutions engineer with strong technical depth, excellent communication skills, an ownership mindset, and the ability to serve as a trusted technical advisor to both operators and executives.\nPlease note that this role requires you to be physically on-site with the customer in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area (WMA) on an as-needed basis.\nIn this role, you’ll:\nILead technical discovery, capability demonstrations, and proofs of value with cleared customers\n\nServe as the technical expert customers rely on, owning deployment, integration, and configuration of the Chainalysis platform within customer environments, both on-premises and cloud-based\n\nLead the deployment and operation of solutions with a strong focus on on-premise infrastructure\n\nDiagnose, report, and independently resolve product and system issues while maintaining rigorous documentation\n\nInterface between customer technical stakeholders and Chainalysis product and engineering teams, building strong relationships based on technical expertise and trust\n\nCollaborate closely with product and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and communicate key updates to customers and the internal CGS team\n\nContribute technical responses to RFIs and RFPs and support pursuit teams as the on-premise subject matter expert\n\nTrain and enable customer technical staff and troubleshoot alongside them\n\nConfigure and integrate systems across customer environments, APIs, data integrations, and cloud infrastructure\n\nTranslate customer requirements, operational feedback, and technical constraints into actionable recommendations for internal teams\n\nActively learn the environments in which the Chainalysis platform operates in order to identify risks, constraints, and opportunities for improvement\n\nWe’re looking for candidates who have:\nActive TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required at the start\n\nU.S. citizenship required;
