The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling security, communications, and fire alarm systems to both commercial/industrial businesses and the public sector throughout Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of security and fire alarm technology.Primary Responsibilities:Prospect and acquire new commercial/industrial and public sector clients for security and fire alarm systemsConduct thorough needs assessments and develop customized solutions to meet clients' security and fire safety requirementsPresent product demonstrations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our security and fire alarm systemsNegotiate pricing and terms of sale with clients, striving to maximize profitability while meeting client needsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and implementation of security and fire alarm systems for clientsMaintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing post-sale support and addressing any concerns or issues that may ariseStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in security and fire alarm technology to effectively communicate value propositions to clientsBasic Qualifications:Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience selling security or fire alarm systemsStrong understanding of security and fire alarm technology and solutionsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersSelf-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targetsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentValid drivers license and acceptable driving recordPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferredDisclaimer: This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
