Overview: Private Wealth Management (PWM) Analysts have shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for PWM Private Banking. This position is focused on honing the technical aspects of a given specialty area and developing the superior client facing skills needed to become an Associate Advisor. On the Job Training will focus on teaching the Analyst the technical aspects of Private Banking. Key Tasks:\r\nResponsible for retention, development, and growth of high-net-worth relationships by creating prospecting strategies and research, pipeline management, and identifying new business opportunities that may be acted on with the general oversight of a Private Banker\r\nProvides Private Bankers with in-depth analysis of client financial statements using appropriate financial planning analyses, tools, and materials to recommend strategies to prospects and clients to promote growth\r\nRequirements\r\nBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience\r\nUp to three years of related experience\r\nThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.\r\nWe offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.\r\nNote: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
