All functions will be performed within the guidelines of the Saracen Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.\r\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES\r\nResponsible for the successful completion of assigned projects.\r\nPrepares project plans for each project. Specifies work equipment and maintenance standards, procedures and performance criteria for planned activities.\r\nPrepares, negotiates and administers contracts for specialized facilities, maintenance work.\r\nEffectively coordinates with all departments and vendors that are impacted and/or partners in the project execution.\r\nIdentifies material requirements and develops project budget for each project.\r\nPrepares schedules associated with each project for review with project team and updates as required through the duration of the project.\r\nManages projects team throughout each phase of the project.\r\nWork in conjunctions with the other members of the facilities department, and also ensures that they are kept aware of and regularly updated on the status of all projects.\r\nParticipates in the final punch, project closeout and customer handoff/approvals.\r\nMeets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.\r\nAttends all necessary training meetings.\r\nAssist in other projects, as directed.\r\nDuties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed.
