perform failure analysis to identify the root cause for deviation, and provide risk assessment.\n\nQualifications\n\nBS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\nExperience in Battery Management System (BMS) algorithm, firmware, or software development, validation or related work.\n\nExperience with Python or C/C++.\n\nMaster’s degree, PhD or equivalent job‑related experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\n3+ years of experience in BMS algorithm, firmware, or software development or validation.\n\nExperience with detailed lithium‑ion battery modeling and working on electrical circuits.\n\nExperience with time‑series data analysis.\n\nExcellent communication, organizational and
