experience with semantic models, multiple data sources, or enterprise reporting environments is strongly preferred.AI literacy and practical familiarity with AI-enabled productivity or solutioning tools such as Claude, Copilot, agents, scripts, prompt-driven workflows, or similar technologies.Experience identifying process automation opportunities and helping business teams move from manual, fragmented workflows toward standardized and scalable ways of working.Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to partner effectively with business leaders, technology teams, data owners, vendors, and operational subject matter experts.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize ambiguity, document decisions, explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and tailor communication by stakeholder group.Ability to work independently with limited direction, learn quickly, ask effective questions, and make progress in ambiguous or evolving environments.Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Forms;
