We're building a culture of clinical excellence backed by unreasonable white-glove service, and every team member plays a role in making patients feel genuinely seen and supported throughout their healing journey.\n\nThe Role\n\nWe're hiring a Decompression Coordinator to run the day-to-day of our decompression program. You'll set patients up on our various decompression units, guide them through their sessions, and become a steady, familiar face in their care over the 3–4 months they're with us.
