To learn more about Trulieve and our mission, please visit www.trulieve.com\n\nRequisition ID: 21362\n\nRemote Work Available:\n\nJob Title: Material Handler\n\nDepartment: Supply Chain\n\nReports to: Material Handler Supervisor / Manager\n\nLocation: Adel, GA\n\nFLSA Status: Non-Exempt Regular Full-time\n\nPOSITION SUMMARY\n\nThe Material Handler helps maintain warehouse stock and assists in fulfilling orders, responsible for loading and unloading products from and to our production department daily.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nOversees the workflow of the shipping department to ensure no interruptions, delays, or stops within the process\n\nMoving products constantly and must be very attention to detail orientated\n\nPacking, labeling, and staging all shipments\n\nMust be able to perform basic accounting measures; addition, subtraction, multiplication, etc\n\nUse of heavy equipment; forklift, pallet jack, etc\n\nStrong inventory control experience\n\nAll other duties as assigned\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nForklift experience preferred\n\nExcellent attention to detail\n\nQuick learner and team player\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nStrong organizational skills\n\nStrong time management skills\n\nADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n\nMust be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)\n\nMust successfully complete a comprehensive background screening\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\n\nMust be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 100 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance\n\nMust be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks\n\nMust be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)\n\nMust have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details.
