We're a fast-growing, remote-first startup on a mission to make banking more accessible for everyone.\nWhy We're Looking for You\nWe're looking for a Project Manager, Implementations to join our Implementation team and lead banks through their digital transformation journey. You'll manage multiple high-stakes deployments simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure our banking clients successfully launch on time.\nThis is a hands-on role where organization meets execution. You'll be the conductor orchestrating complex implementations while building trusted relationships with banking executives and operations teams.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines, tracking dependencies and risks while driving projects to on-time completion\nLead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders from C-suite executives to operations staff, handling difficult conversations and managing expectations\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Architects, Software Engineers, and Customer Success to ensure smooth project execution and post-launch transitions\nTranslate complex technical requirements between clients and internal teams while protecting your implementation team from scope creep\nJump in to help with hands-on configuration and debugging when needed, keeping projects moving forward during resource constraints\nDocument solutions and identify process improvements to enhance future deployments and team efficiency\nEscalate strategically to sales and leadership when additional support is needed to unblock critical issues\nWhat We're Looking For\nBackground in software implementations or professional services\nTechnical aptitude, ability to understand platform capabilities and limitations\nFamiliarity with no-code platforms or integration projects\nProven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously\nGrace under pressure, you stay calm when clients are stressed and deadlines are tight\nExceptional organizational skills, you live by your task lists and calendars\nStrong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences\nNatural problem solver who finds creative solutions within constraints\nSelf-starter who takes ownership without waiting for direction\nLegally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States\nNice to Haves\nExperience in financial services, banking, or fintech\nTechnical skills in a scripting language\nPrevious experience managing aggressive timelines with fixed deadlines\nAbout Prelim\nPrelim is a San Francisco and New York City-based startup that operates with fully remote positions across the US, helping banks onboard their customers.
