One day you might be negotiating a last-minute equipment deal on set; the next, you're building a multi-year supplier strategy.If you thrive in ambiguity, have a bias for action, and know how to build systems that enable scale without slowing people down, we want to hear from you.The RoleReporting into Finance, you'll lead procurement across both production and corporate spend partnering closely with Studio, Production, Tech, Legal, and executive leadership to deliver a function that is fast, scalable, and best-in-class.What You'll DoLead procurement for video and content production, including equipment, props, set materials, talent logistics, specialty items, and on-location servicesPartner closely with Production and Studio teams to anticipate needs and execute under tight timelinesBuild and manage a vetted vendor network capable of sourcing unique, high-value, and large-scale items on short noticeOwn corporate sourcing across categories including technology, facilities, professional services, and SaaSDesign and implement a unified procurement function that serves both production and corporate needsDevelop scalable processes for recurring needs while maintaining flexibility for one-of-a-kind productionsOptimize procurement tools and P2P platforms to improve visibility and efficiencyEstablish supplier performance metrics and lead regular business reviews with strategic vendorsIdentify cost-saving opportunities without compromising production quality or timelinesProvide executive-level reporting on procurement performance, savings, and riskWhat You'll Bring7–12+ years of procurement experience, with meaningful exposure to both production/operations environments and corporate procurementBackground in media, entertainment, consumer products, or high-growth startups strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to source and procure in fast-paced, high-volume environments where speed and resourcefulness are essentialDeep experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management across diverse categoriesStrong understanding of procurement best practices, cost modeling, and total cost of ownership analysisProven track record of building procurement infrastructure — policies, processes, tools — in a scaling organizationExceptional negotiation skills across both tactical spot buys and long-term strategic agreementsExcellent cross-functional collaboration skills with creative, production, finance, legal, and executive stakeholdersComfort with ambiguity and sound judgment under pressure with incomplete informationBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or procurement certifications (CPSM, CSCP, CPP) a plusThe target total compensation ranges from $138,000 – $184,000, including a fixed annual salary of $120,000 - 160,000, annual bonus, plus an employee equity plan grant and comprehensive benefits.BenefitsThe Perks, Why Work On the MrBeast TeamWe are redefining what entertainment and storytelling look like at global scale.
