the ability to work well with others\n* Strong attention to detail\n* Interpretation of drawings specifications and instructions\n* Good communication skills\n* Strong computer skills\n* Ability to use basic test equipment\n* Basic mathematical skills\n* Willingness to cross-train into different positions as needed\n* Must be able to work in a seated or standing position for up to 8 hours per day\n* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.\n* Must be able to read, write, communicate, and comprehend the English language\n* Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and criminal background check\n* Must be able to meet all physical requirements as outlined in this position description\n* Must follow all company policies outlined in the EI Microcircuits Employee Handbook of Personnel Policies\n* Complete all orientation and training needs as written in policy\n\n*EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:*\n\n* High school diploma or equivalent\n* Prior experience testing electronics is preferred but not
