This role will be fully Remote.\nThis position is contingent upon Jefferson being awarded a contract. Join us at Jefferson, where your career becomes a journey of continuous advancement, and your talents find the platform they deserve.\n\nResponsibilities:\nServe as primary point of contact to the COR and ACF leadership and provide executive oversight of all financial and grants management support activities.\nConduct secondary review and final validation of quarterly financial submissions and entitlement claims.\nLead analysis of complex cost allocation methodologies and federal financial participation calculations.\nEnsure compliance with 2 CFR 200, HHS grants policy, and applicable federal regulations.\nEstablish and enforce quality control protocols and standardized review checklists to ensure accuracy and consistency.\nIdentify high-risk submissions and determine escalation or corrective actions.\nOversee development and delivery of technical assistance to recipients on financial compliance issues.\nSupervise and mentor project staff; conduct performance monitoring.\nLead risk identification and mitigation planning.\nOversee development and delivery of technical assistance strategies.\nLead audit response support, documentation validation, and corrective action monitoring.\nProvide monthly performance and status reporting to the Government.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field\nMinimum of 10 years of federal grants management experience.\nAdditional experience or education may be considered in lieu.\nProven experience managing multi-million-dollar federal grants portfolios.\nDemonstrated experience managing remote teams.\nDeep understanding of 2 CFR 200.\nExperience supporting financial oversight of formula or entitlement programs.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDirect HHS experience preferred\nPMP Preferred\n\nBenefit Overview:\nHealth Benefits; Medical, Dental, Vision\nRetirement Plan Match\nCompetitive Annual Leave Package\nEducation Reimbursement\nBasic and Voluntary Life Insurance\nDisability Insurance\nCafeteria Plan\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nDomestic and Global Health Insurance\nFloating Holidays\nWellness Program\n,\nAdditional Details\n\n,\nAbout Jefferson Solutions Group\n\nJefferson Solutions Group is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer.
