The RoleThis person will lead strategy and execution across paid channels, drive efficient customer growth, help us unlock new audiences, and work cross-functionally with creative, product, catalog, and leadership.This is a hands-on startup role. You should be comfortable moving from ad account to dashboard to landing page to creative brief in the same day.What You’ll DoOwn day-to-day strategy, execution, and optimization across paid channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging growth channelsManage budgets against clear business goals including CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and AOVBuild and run a rigorous testing roadmap across audiences, creative angles, offers, landing pages, funnel steps, and bidding strategiesPartner closely with creative to develop ad concepts and landing page ideas that resonate with our core customersWork with product and engineering to improve attribution, tracking, event quality, and reportingBuild weekly and monthly reporting for leadership with a strong point of view on what is working, what is not, and what to do nextStay close to the customer and market. You should understand what motivates buyers, what makes an offer convert, and how creative quality impacts performanceWhat Success Looks LikeYou establish a repeatable testing cadence and a reliable performance reporting rhythmYou improve efficiency while responsibly scaling spendYou help Audiio find new pockets of growth beyond a small number of core campaigns or channelsYou raise the quality of the creative feedback loop, not just the media buyingYou become a trusted operator who connects channel performance to bigger business decisionsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of hands-on performance marketing or paid media experienceStrong experience in subscription, SaaS, DTC, marketplace, creator economy, or media/creative tools businessesDeep fluency in Meta and Google, plus solid working experience with YouTube and at least one additional growth channelExperience personally owning meaningful budgets and performance targetsStrong analytical skills and comfort making decisions despite imperfect attributionA track record of scaling spend without losing efficiencyReal creative judgment.
