Production and Shipment Scheduler

Alpha EMS Corporation, an electronic contract manufacturer located in Fremont California is seeking qualified candidates for Production and Shipment Scheduler. Responsibilities Plan and monitor production schedule to ensure on time delivery Initiate work order and maintain WIP status Generate packing slips and shipping labels Hands down on quality packing to ensure product delivered correctly and safely Coordinate with carriers/driver for pickup/delivery arrangements Process RMA/MRB items Other duties as assigned Qualifications Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities High school diploma; Further education or certification is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Work Location: In person
