{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"57ccdd0492900a60eb8de273","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/57ccdd0492900a60eb8de273","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/57ccdd0492900a60eb8de273","title":"Warehouse Associate","description":"Warehouse Associate\nSidney, OH\nYour benefits\nSES offers eligible employees comprehensive benefits packaging including:\nWeekly Pay\nOffering a $1,500 sign-on bonus!\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance after 30 days\n401K with 4% Company Match at 90 days\nEmployee Referral Bonus Program\nPaid CDL Training Available\nPaid Time Off\nThe position\nSuperior Environmental Solutions (SES) is looking for a safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in the Product Destruction division.\nWhat you will be doing\nKey responsibilities and functions may include, but are not limited to:\nEnsure Health and Safety is the number one priority.\nWork with designated company representatives to learn and understand all safety, operational, and company rules, regulations, and responsibilities.\nHands-on operation of hand-tools, baling machine, and other company equipment.\nPerform all work as directed by the supervisor or leadership personnel.\nSorting, cutting, baling, etc. nonhazardous material to prepare for recycling operations.\nSeparate processed materials into appropriate bins for recycling.\nWill need to be able to lift 50 pounds, sustain frequent bending, and stand for an extended period of time.\nRecord keeping\nWhat we are looking for\nEssential Skills/Qualifications:\nMust be safety conscious and have a good work ethic.\nMust be able to work full time, extended shifts of up to 12 hours\nEnsure equipment and company property are maintained in proper condition.\nMust be able to pass a pre-employment, random, and or post-accident/injury substance abuse screening.\nWorks well in a team environment with other team members\nExcellent organization skills to be able to complete various forms, records, and reports\nForklift experience is a plus but not required\nFamiliarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment\nAttention to detail is a must, as you will be inspecting products and keeping detailed records\nUse of all necessary Personal Protective Equipment including, but not limited to, safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves/sleeves, and retractable box cutters will provide along with the necessary training to maintain a safe work environment\nEssential Physical Job Functions:\nFollow and distinguish emergency signals and instructions.\nPhysical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move at least 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time\nMust be able to repetitively lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and crawl.\nBe able to wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety glasses, approved steel-toe shoes, and hearing protection.\nMust be able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures depending on season, varying noise levels, and occasional fragrances\n\nAbout us\nSuperior Environmental Solutions (SES) is a leading provider of industrial and environmental services throughout the Midwest.
