Owner's Representative / Construction Project Manager
Job DescriptionCPM Texas (CPM) is an Austin, Texas based industry leader specializing in a full range of development and construction project management services for projects of all types and scale. CPM provides project leadership specifically tailord to achieve our client's cost, time, and quality goals. This level of service can range from comprehensive project management servies to the performance of specific functions such as pre-development, construction management, project recovery, dispute resolution, and/or other special services.To be considered for a project management position, the candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience (for an Assistant Project Manager role), 6 years of experience (for Project Manager role), or 8 years of experience (for Senior Project Manager role) in successful construction project management (preferable for a general contractor).
