Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable integration and API solutions with strong governance, monitoring, and documentation.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\n\nPartner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into integration designs, interface contracts, and technical specifications.\nDesign and build OIC integrations (orchestrations) to support real-time and batch use cases, including routing, enrichment, error handling, retries, and scheduling.\nDevelop integrations between:\nOracle Fusion HCM (using available REST/SOAP services and OIC adapters as applicable)\nOracle EBS in OCI (services/APIs, DB/file integration patterns as applicable)\nSalesforce (APIs/events as applicable)\nEDI/SOA services and partner-facing interfaces\nExternal systems via file transport (SFTP/FTPS), including inbound/outbound processing and acknowledgements where required\nBuild and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and integration interfaces; apply API standards including versioning, naming conventions, request/response validation, and documentation.\nCreate and maintain data mappings and transformations (XML/JSON), ensuring data consistency, canonical modeling where applicable, and referential integrity.\nImplement robust validation, exception handling, and reconciliation, including functional error responses and reprocessing procedures.\nSupport EDI-related integration flows by coordinating with EDI/SOA teams, validating payloads, and ensuring end-to-end partner connectivity and processing.\nDevelop and execute unit/integration test plans; support SIT/UAT; troubleshoot and resolve defects across application, integration, and transport layers.\nImplement and maintain operational monitoring: OIC tracking/correlation IDs, dashboards, alerting, and incident/runbook procedures.\nManage integration lifecycle activities: configuration, deployment promotion across environments (DEV/TEST/PROD), change management, and post-deployment validation.\nProduce and maintain documentation: solution designs, interface specifications, mappings, operational guides, and support playbooks.\nProvide production support and technical leadership for integration incidents, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.\n\nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE\n\n7+ years designing, developing, and testing enterprise integration solutions.\n3+ years hands-on development and administration with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).\nExperience with using SOA to build integrations\nExperience integrating with enterprise SaaS/ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion HCM, and enterprise applications such as Oracle EBS and Salesforce.\nStrong understanding of integration patterns (sync/async, event-driven concepts, batch/file-based processing, retries, idempotency).\nStrong understanding of API design (REST), plus familiarity with SOAP/WSDL where needed; proficient with JSON/XML.\nExperience with file-based integrations (SFTP/FTPS), including encryption/certificates as applicable and operational reprocessing controls.\nExperience with Jira and ServiceNow preferred\nAbility to leverage OIC adapters, connections, and prebuilt patterns to accelerate delivery.\nScripting/programming exposure for integrations and tooling (e.g., JavaScript/XSLT for transformations; Java/Python a plus).\n\nWHY YOU'LL LOVE IT!\n\nIron Bow is rapidly growing and with growth comes opportunity for all.
