Under the guidance of experienced electricians, you will learn the fundamentals of electrical systems, safety protocols, and hands-on maintenance practices while gaining valuable experience in a real-world manufacturing setting.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipmentLearn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsParticipate in hands-on training sessions guided by experienced electriciansObserve and adhere to all safety regulations and company policiesSupport basic troubleshooting and repairs of electrical components under supervisionKeep the work area clean and organized, ensuring tools and equipment are properly storedDocument training and progress as directed by supervisorsRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredStrong interest in pursuing a career in the electrical fieldNo prior experience required; however, any experience in electrical work is a plusBasic knowledge of electrical principles will be beneficialAbility to read and understand technical documentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyWillingness to learn and take direction from experienced electriciansAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as requiredFlexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and overtime if neededBenefits401(k), Dental & Health insurance, Life insurance, Retirement plan
