The Business Program Analyst will be a member of a team providing an ongoing program of analysis to support decisions regarding approaches to full current and future capability gaps through risk assessments, gap analysis, and CBRN architecture development. This is an outstanding opportunity to be a part of a team responsible for mitigating WMD threats to the Nation.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nDevelop government policy, procedures, and directives and apply those to required activities.\nCoordinate and facilitate client meetings, including scheduling and meeting support activities.\nCorrespond with internal and external stakeholders to document and monitor actions and deadlines.\nDevelop meeting and briefing materials, including agendas, meeting minutes, talking points, presentations.\nServe as the primary point of contact for specific workstreams, independently executing key activities and reporting status.\nCreate project status briefings and reports.\nParticipate in program management working sessions and support program managers in executing day-to-day project management activities.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business, or related field.\nAt least 6 years of relevant experience\nAdvanced understanding of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nEligibility Requirements:\nTop Secret Clearance\nThis role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (ie., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))\nDesired Skills:\nExperience working with DHS CWMD, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) or other DHS Components.\nExperience working with Tableau data visualization software\n\nLocation:\nThis is a hybrid position with a minimum requirement to work onsite two days per pay period (two weeks).
